Supplier of the year

A marketing service provider or agency that helps the charity achieve exceptional results, time after time; known for adding value and display a combination of consistently delivering on their service promise whilst pioneering solutions that are creative and cost-effective.

Entries should show how the supplier adds value and displays a combination of consistently delivering on their service promise, as well as developing creative and cost-effective solutions to move the charity forward. Nominations can be received from either suppliers or charities, although if the entry is from a supplier we will expect to see verification from their client(s).

May be entered by any IoF member fundraising organisation or supplier. The supporting evidence should be drawn primarily from the calendar year 2019.

Why should the nominated supplier win? Please provide three characteristics or reasons that summarise what sets your submission for Supplier of the Year apart from the rest of the field. (200 words max).

Objectives/background context:
Describe the role that the supplier performs for its fundraising client(s). What are the typical challenges faced by organisations that lead to the supplier's engagement, and what kind of goals does it set out to achieve? (200 words max).

Strategic Approach:
What is special or unique about the way in which the supplier has worked with its client organisation(s) to achieve their goals? For example, has it developed bespoke approaches to meet specific challenges? Give examples where relevant. (300 words max).

Results and insights:
Summarise the key results and insights delivered by the supplier in 2019. For example, give brief examples of innovation, strategic guidance, interaction and best-in-class performance where relevant. What benefits have been delivered to charity clients? Please note that the provision of results is vital for the judging process and must be supplied. If you do not wish specific results to be published, please indicate this. However, please do consider providing measures that can be made public to explain why your project was successful, for example, by indexing etc. (300 words max).

Supporting Image Upload
Please attach an image, such as a photo or logo, to illustrate your nomination on the website and printed materials should your entry be successful.

The image file should be titled with the name of your organisation plus the name of the relevant award category.
