Team of the year

This award is for a team of highly motivated and professional individuals who have worked well in strong collaboration to deliver a highly regarded insight and analytics programme in their organisation.

We are looking for excellence in team leadership, collaboration and development. Your team will have worked well together, and also with other colleagues in your fundraising organisation.

May be entered by any IoF member fundraising organisation (in tandem with their supplier(s) where appropriate). The supporting evidence should be drawn primarily from the calendar year 2019.

Strengths of your entry:
Why should your team win? Please provide three characteristics or reasons that summarise what sets your submission for Team of the Year apart from the rest of the field. (200 words max).

Objectives/background context:
Describe the role that the team performs for its fundraising organisation. What are the typical challenges faced by organisations that lead to the team's involvement, and what kind of goals does it set out to achieve? (200 words max)

Strategic Approach:
What is special or unique about the way in which the team has worked to achieve their goals? For example has it developed bespoke approaches to meet specific challenges? Give examples where relevant. (300 words max).

Results and insights:
Please provide evidence of your team working well together, and achieving more than the sum of its parts. We are looking for evidence of clear objectives, the development of team members and strong collaboration both within the team and with other colleagues. We are particularly looking to see where an insight team has worked together to have a real impact for the fundraising organisation. (300 words max).

Please provide an approved summary of your entry - this summary will be published in the awards ceremony programme if your entry is successful. (100 words max).
